Grove GMK6300L All Terrain Mobile Crane 

A well-established major mining company in Western Australia’s Pilbara region received delivery of their fourth Grove GMK6300L, 300 tonne All Terrain mobile crane in December 2016 adding to their growing fleet of Grove cranes.

The GMK6300L was selected due to the company's growing demand for its capacity, reliability and interchangeability with operators on their various sites. The GMK6300L six-axle all terrain crane features an 80m telescopic boom long enough for site work without additions such as fly jibs and its five position outriggers and flexible counterweight system gives this crane real site advantages. This six-axle crane is also fully road registered allowing state wide permits without having to remove outriggers or alike.
WB Global - Grove GMK5250L All Terrain Mobile Crane 

November 2016 saw WB Global take delivery of their new five-axle Grove GMK5250L, 250 tonne All Terrain mobile crane.

This new generation crane from Manitowoc was chosen due to its high flexibility, compactness and excellent capacities with its 70m hydraulic boom and latest technologies driving fuel savings and lowering running costs. The GMK5250L comes with Manitowoc’s new and innovative Crane Control System (CCS), improved usability and more ergonomic cabins offering the operator ease of operation and increased comfort for those long days in the seat. Grove has kept some of their proven systems whilst adding many new features to increase reliability and performance. WB Global will also have an advantage over their competitors when hiring to certain sites with the new global counterweight system allowing the GMK5250L to mobilise with 21 tonne of counterweight on the deck and the boom in the cradle.
