Unic 505J —Subsea 7

We are pleased to announce the fitment of our Unic 505J for Subsea 7 based in Wangara, Western Australia.

The UNIC 505J Crane is being used to lift submersible under water cutting equipment into their onsite test tank. A steel pedestal was designed and manufactured by a local steel fabricator. Complete installation was carried out by our service technicians at WATM.

Subsea 7 is one of the world’s leading global contractors in seabed-to-surface engineering, construction and services to the offshore industry. The scale and complexity of Subsea Umbilicals, Risers and Flow lines (SURF) projects continue to grow as new reserves are found in deeper water and in more challenging environments. Clients are packaging their scopes of work into larger Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning (EPIC) frameworks.
