Cranecorp Australia adds New GMK5250L to its fleet
Cranecorp Australia has recently taken delivery of a new five axle GMK5250L in May 2017. This new generation crane from Grove was carefully selected due to its high flexibility, compactness and superior capacities with its 70 metre hydraulic boom. The GMK5250L runs the latest tier 4 final engine utilising the latest technologies which delivers fuel savings and lower overall running costs for the customer.
A new generation computer system (CCS ) boasts higher computing power, easier navigation and coupled with the cranes more ergonomic cabins, means ease of operation and better comfort for those long days in the seat. Grove has kept some of its proven systems, whilst adding these new features to increase reliability and performance.
Cranecorp Australia will truly have an advantage over its competitors when hiring to mine sites, due to the cranes new global counterweight system. The GMK5250L can mobilise around on mine sites with 21 tonne of counterweight on board with the boom in front cradle.
