WATM Remote Diagnostics System

 WATM is extremely proud to announce the launch of its new and innovative Remote Diagnostics System.  

Exclusive to WATM, the Remote Diagnostics System gives WATM's technicians access to cranes anywhere in the world from any computer for diagnostics and fault finding purposes.  Designed and engineered by WATM and incorporating real time monitoring, this internet based system is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The system drastically reduces the need for unnecessary, time consuming travel and downtime, which will provide a measurable increase in productivity and slash maintenance costs for your cranes.

Once the Remote Diagnostic System is fitted, a WATM technician is able log in remotely via the internet and troubleshoot the crane. The technician will then be able to calibrate sensors, switches and lights, upload and download files, also read fault codes.
